The staff is efficient and you are always greeted and treated as part of the family. Everyone in the office takes the time to ask how you are doing. As your procedure is being done, whether a simple cleaning or X-rays, or a filling, great care is taken to make sure the patient feels no pain. Without fail your visit begins with someone asking if you have any concerns or issues that need to be addressed. Dr. Andy Gaertner spends time with every patient and explains everything to you.
