My visit with Dr. Gaertner was as good as it gets. I felt welcomed and cared for, and I was not made to wait. The staff, Millie at the front desk and wearer of many hats and Alyce who does my cleanings are genuinely nice, welcoming, and ALWAYS patient. Although I still miss Dr. Kluggerman, I am very happy to see that Dr. Gaetner is as dedicated, gentle, and detail oriented as she was. On a personal note, I didn’t have breakfast and was feeling shaky and Dr. Gaetner shared his stash of Belgium chocolates with me, pretty cool I think. I would recommend this place for sure.

Dr. Gaertner recognized a long-standing issue I have had and believed it could be the cause of body pain. He recommended an orthotic treatment to correct my bite. The body pain disappeared within a day of using the new orthotic device and has not returned. Dr. Gaertner brings his expertise with non-invasive modalities to Miami. He and his staff are meticulous, precise, and caring.

I was a patient of Dr. Klugerman's for many years and know the staff to be exceptional. Having recently undergone extensive dental work from Dr. Andy Gaertner, and spending a lot of time there these last few months, I almost think of Bliss Dental as my home-away-from-home. A strange way to describe a place involving needles and drills, perhaps, but Dr. Gaertner is extremely gentle, patient, and very skilled. And the results? Relative perfection! If you are a nervous patient and want a knowledgeable compassionate efficient dentist (dont we all?) go see Dr. Gaertner. I was extremely nervous to go to a new dentist but the pain in my tooth became unavoidable. From the confirmation call from Millie to my x-rays with Gracie to my consultation with Dr. Gaertner I was treated with compassion and kindness. I enjoy how Dr. Gaertner is not quick to take extreme unneeded measures but rather inspect the problem thoroughly before coming to a decision.
